Loved By God

February 15, 2019

When a client walks through our door, we want her to feel the love of God and know that she is loved by Him.

Yesterday, for Valentine’s Day, our nurse manager brought in carnations for each client. She tied a ribbon around each and added a small pin that reads, “I am loved.” She wanted to remind each of our clients that there is a greater love that comes from God and that no matter what they are experiencing, He cares for them.

God loves each of us so much, he gave His Son as His greatest gift to us. Christ in turn told us in John 13:34, “A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.”

We know that God wants more for each of our clients. He wants them to know the fullness of His love and that He has bigger and better things in store for them.

Each of us can show God’s love every day in the words we say, the attitude we present, and the care we show to others—even in the little things. For the clients, this can change their world.
